Terms Of Service

1. General.By submitting link exchange or advertising for inclusion on Show My URL, advertiser/agency agrees to be bound by the terms of this contract. No conditions other than those set forth herein shall be binding on Show My URL. This contract supersedes any previous agreements between Show My URL and advertiser/agency relating to the subject matter set forth herein. Show My URL's only obligation to serve advertisements hereunder shall be to serve advertisements of the advertiser described herein, and in no event shall Show My URL be obligated to serve advertisements for any other advertiser.
Show My URL is a division of Ads 2 Shop buy All Financial agreements are honored by ads2shopbuy systems and all terms are same in compliance.

2. Paid Cancellations. Cancellations and changes can be made via Goto paypal or Email us and cancel or we will not stop. Show My URL reserves the right to change any of its advertising specifications at any time.

4. Delivery, Frequency and Make good. All figures relating to the number of advertisements served as determined by Show My URL shall govern, regardless of whether advertiser/agency is using the services of a third party ad server. If Show My URL fails to provide the guaranteed featured link impression, Show My URL will make good on this contract. ( PAID SERVICES ONLY)

6. Key Words and Phrases. Show My URL offers no exclusivity on keywords or phrases. used in the free listings
Keywords are based on site link, description and phrases
Featured keywords are same as free except one difference, you get first listing on keywords or phrases.
Your link will only be seen on a keyword or phrase used. BE SURE TO GET THE RIGHT KEYWORDS! Errors will have to be fixed by the webmaster. We will charge a fee of $2.00 per link to correct

7. Fees. Featured linking is a one time fee.
You must maintain a valid link with Show My URL.
Broken link or 404 site not found will be removed. (NO REFUND)
Show My URL reserves the right to change fees for listings or links, without liability.

8. Rejections. Show My URL reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any advertisement or to reject or terminate any links, buttons, boxes or banners for any reason at any time, with or without notice to the advertiser/agency, and whether or not such advertisement, link, button, box or banner was previously acknowledged, accepted, or published.

9. Licenses and Indemnification.
Advertiser/agency/Webmaster grants Show My URL the right to use, reproduce, publicly display and distribute advertiser's advertisements, Links and collateral information and warrants that advertiser/agency/Webmaster has the right to grant such license. Advertiser/Agency/webmaster represents that the advertiser is the owner or is licensed to use the entire contents and subject matter contained in its advertisements and collateral information, including, without limitation,
(a) the names and/or pictures of persons;
(b) any copyrighted material, trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or depictions of trademarked or service marked goods or services; and
(c) any testimonials or endorsements contained in any advertisement submitted to Show My URL. In addition, advertiser/agency/webmaster represents that the advertiser's advertisements and collateral information do not violate any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation. In consideration of Show My URL's acceptance of such advertisements and information for publication, the advertiser and agency will jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless Show My URL and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, accountants, attorneys, agents, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to:
(i) advertiser/agency's breach of any covenants, representations and warranties made therein,
(ii) Show My URL's performance under this contract, and
(iii) the copying, printing, distributing, transmitting or publishing of advertiser's/agency's advertisements or collateral information by Show My URL.
We agree that no changes or modifications are to be made to said descriptions unless it violates the terms of this agreement.

10.Emails. As a member you will agree to third party advertisements from Show My URL only.
To keep from receiving emailing's you will have to cancel your account.
Show My URL will only send emails with ads twice a month.
Any other emailing's from Show My URL will be notifications of upgrades and repairs.
Show My URL Does not sell, Rent Or give out any information to any third party's, members, affiliates, or anyone NOT associated with Ads 2 Shop Buy Service. (Show My URL)

11.Content. As a member you will agree Not to place PORN, HATE, Illegal or Violent content on this services.
Show My URL will report unlawful activity and user info IP to authorities with out notice or questions.

12. Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SHOW MY URL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR LOST INCOME OR PROFITS, IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT, EVEN IF ADS 2 SHOP BUY HAS BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We reserve the right to change or modify this agreement without notice
